Ho Chi Minh's ruthlessness and authoritarianism not mentioned?
Again, I see there is a distortion of Ho Chi Minh's legacy here. It's surprising how Ho's image has been whitewashed like a national hero, although he had plenty of sins on his life. We need to update that sins to demonstrate that. He may not be Stalin or Mao but he is neither Washington. HiddenFace101 (talk) 17:56, 19 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This page is essentially propaganda for Ho Chi Minh. There is not a single politician or leader on Earth who didn't make questionable decisions that deserve to be scrutinized. Biden, Trump, Winston Churchill, MLK, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, so on, and so forth. Filia Pirate (talk) 03:44, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

in the first paragraph it says that he served as president until his death in 1969. however, in the second paragraph it says that he stepped down in 1945 due to health. 108.26.228.242 (talk) 16:59, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Partly done: I've incorporated an inter-language link to the vi.wiki article using the {{ill}} template, which is typically how situations like this are treated on Wikipedia. Left guide (talk) 06:56, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know of a reliable source which says that he wrote in English, Russian, and Arabic? I have searched, and failed to find any mention of his doing so. If you can provide a reliable source then that will be very helpful, and the information can of course be added to the article. JBW (talk) 16:48, 9 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We should move the page name from Ho Chi Minh to Hồ Chí Minh as every Vietnamese name in here has the Vietnmaese style alphabet. Thus, can someone please move it? Thanks. Richie1509 (talk) 00:46, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
